    • Relating to parental rights regarding a threat assessment of a student conducted by a public school’s threat assessment and safe and supportive school team.
  3. SB 838, Creighton
    • Relating to school districts and open-enrollment charter schools providing panic alert devices in classrooms.
  4. SB 992, Hinojosa
    • Relating to establishing the Rural Pathway Excellence Partnership (R-PEP) program and creating an allotment and outcomes bonus under the Foundation School Program to support the program.
  5. SB 1008, Flores
    • Relating to establishing residency for purposes of admission into public schools.
  6. SB 1068, Middleton
    • Relating to the removal of restrictions on funding and payment of costs for certain full-time online educational programs; authorizing a fee.

    • Relating to enrolling a public school student in the state virtual school network as an alternative to expulsion.

    • Relating to the provision of virtual education in public schools and to certain waivers and modifications by the commissioner of education to the method of calculating average daily attendance in an emergency or crisis for purposes of preserving school district funding entitlements under the Foundation School Program during that emergency or crisis; authorizing a fee.
