SHARS Cost Report Correction Period Open

The Correction Period for the 2024–2025 SHARS Cost Report is halfway over. Districts have the opportunity to review their submitted Cost Report, address any discrepancies, and upload revised documentation before the window closes.

Correction Period Deadline

The correction window closes on 📅 July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST Districts must submit all corrections, supporting documentation, and explanations before this deadline. No extensions are granted by Texas HHSC.

ONWARD’s account managers and finance managers are doing our due diligence on reviewing and contacting district staff if we see any opportunity for review. Be sure to respond timely to ensure we can submit reopening of the cost report before July 15th.
