Districts must report All Sources of Revenue that they received for FFY2023.

- Deadline: Your revenue data for FFY2023 (October 1, 2022 – September 30, 2023) must be entered into the LoFTS system on or before October 31, 2023.
- Designated Contacts: School districts should visit the HHSC provider fund monitoring website at PFD_LFM@hhs.texas.gov. On this website, they are expected to register and designate individuals for specific roles, such as “Data Certifier” and “Data Entry.”
- Mandatory Requirement: This new reporting requirement is mandatory because school districts participate in the SHARS program and must perform quarterly Certified Public Expenditure (CPE) to match the federal share of Medicaid reimbursement revenue received from the SHARS program.
- No Module 4. CPE only funds for districts. Report all Revenue sources received in SHARS fiscal year (10/1/2022-9/30/2023)
