Don’t Forget!

The 2nd Quarter RMTS PL, which includes staff to be included in your January – March 2020 PL, deadline date is December 15, 2020.

As your district’s RMTS Contact you must update/certify the participant list prior to this deadline date.  The participant list can only be accessed by a RMTS Contact who has completed the HHSC mandatory annual training requirements.

If your entity certified a participant list for the previous quarter, that participant list information has been carried over to the participant list for the current quarter.  The RMTS Contact must ensure that any necessary changes, additions or deletions are entered.  Even if there are no changes, the participant list must be updated/certified prior to the closing date using the “no change” option.

Once the participant list closes on December 15th, you will not be able to make any other changes for the second quarter of FFY 2021.  It is important to remember that for a position to be included on the MAC claim or the SHARS cost report it must first be included on the participant list.

If the current participant list is not updated/certified, it will cause the entity to become ineligible to participate in SHARS program for the entire 2020 fiscal year, and to be ineligible to participate in the MAC program for the quarter.
