Reminders for MAC participating districts: January -March 2020 Open Quarter

January – March 2020 Medicaid Administrative Claiming (MAC) financial submission opened on August 17, 2020 and close on October 2, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. CST.

ONWARD Financial Services provides complete support for your MAC program.  If you do not yet contract with ONWARD for MAC services, be sure your district’s MAC Financial Contact logs onto the Fairbanks STAIRS program to enter MAC financial data during the above indicated time period.  The close date is the last day the trained MAC Financial Contact can enter, verify, certify, and submit the MAC financial data in STAIRS.  You are strongly encouraged to complete and submit your claim prior to the close date.

Don’t forget, your district’s MAC report is due on October 2, 2020.
