Due to delays caused by COVID-19, HHSC will open the below quarters with the following open/close dates.

April-June 2020 (Q3): OPEN 1/18/2021 – CLOSE 3/5/2021

July-September 2020 (Q4): OPEN 2/15/2021 – CLOSE 4/2/2021
